We invest in what endures.
We build what evolves.
Lharin is a Swiss-based investment firm founded in 2008.
It was not built as a financial product.
It was built as a way of thinking about capital.
From the beginning, the focus has been on ownership rather than allocation, on building rather than trading, and on long-term value rather than short-term outcomes.
This perspective was shaped early on through the creation of the Feondor Group, a real estate investment and asset management platform. Real estate introduced discipline — an understanding that value is grounded in assets, cash flows and time.
That foundation remains. But the platform has evolved.
Today, Lharin operates across private markets, investing, building and partnering across real estate, healthcare and technology. It deploys both its own and third-party capital, working alongside entrepreneurs, operators and long-term investors across multiple regions.
The objective is not scale.
The objective is relevance — in the right situations, with the right partners.
