Sie wurde nicht als Finanzprodukt geschaffen.
Sondern als eine bestimmte Art, \u00fcber Kapital nachzudenken.<\/p>\n

Von Anfang an stand nicht Allokation im Vordergrund, sondern Eigentum. Nicht das Drehen von Assets, sondern deren Entwicklung. Und nicht kurzfristige Ergebnisse, sondern langfristiger Wert.<\/p>\n

Diese Perspektive wurde fr\u00fch durch den Aufbau der Feondor Group gepr\u00e4gt, einer Real-Estate-Investment- und Asset-Management-Plattform. Immobilien haben dabei vor allem eines vermittelt: Disziplin \u2014 das Verst\u00e4ndnis, dass Wert aus Substanz, Cashflows und Zeit entsteht.<\/p>\n

Diese Grundlage besteht bis heute. Doch die Plattform hat sich weiterentwickelt.<\/p>\n

Heute ist Lharin in privaten M\u00e4rkten t\u00e4tig \u2013 investierend, aufbauend und begleitend in den Bereichen Real Estate, Healthcare und Technologie. Dabei setzt die Gesellschaft eigenes wie auch Drittinvestorenkapital ein und arbeitet mit Unternehmern, Operateuren und langfristig orientierten Investoren \u00fcber verschiedene Regionen hinweg zusammen.<\/p>\n
